Buzprout ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or contact us about services.

What we collect

Information you send us: name, business name, email, project details, and messages via contact forms, email, WhatsApp, or Calendly.
Business Systems Assessment submissions: name, email, business name, answers, scores, and related recommendations when you choose to save your results.
Academy waitlist details if you join a waitlist (name, email, course interest).
Basic technical data from hosting (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide services you request.
To store and follow up on assessment results and waitlist interest.
To email your assessment summary when you opt in.
To improve our website and client communication.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling) under confidentiality obligations. Assessment and form data is stored with our database provider (Supabase). Opted-in assessment emails are sent through our email provider (Resend).

Retention

We keep enquiry, assessment, waitlist, and project records as long as needed for business, legal, and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@buzprout.com.
